Spalding: This week in Spalding we are writing 30 words (all cursive) and studying phonograms!
Grammar/Writing: This week in grammar we are learning about suffixes and in writing we are working on conventions.
History: We will continue to follow settlers moving West.
Science: We will continue looking at cycles that happen on earth. This week we will focus on ants and other insects.
Math: This week the scholars are continuing to learn about fractions with equal parts and whole parts.
Literature: This week we are continuing our classic, Charlotte's Web.
Poetry/ Saying: This week we are continuing our poem, "The Hayloft" by Robert Louis Stevenson. We are planning to recite April 9th/10th. Please have your scholar practice at home!
We are continuing our saying: "Practice what you preach."

If your scholar is Upper school carline pick up in the afternoon, please make sure they have a book to read while they wait to be called to the MPR.
